Hoża 55 consists of two intimate apartment blocks located in the Warsaw city centre, in one of the pre-war streets forming the historic district of Śródmieście. This modern project was inspired by the historic neighbourhood and complements the atmosphere of the district. The designers finished the exterior wall with parts of the old facade and factory machinery to commemorate the bronze and silver factory of the Łopieński Brothers that used to operate at this address.
The entire complex formed by a 5-storey and 6-storey building consists of 62 apartments, including luxury penthouses. The smallest are 35-square-metre studios, whereas the largest apartments offer 177 square metres and access to a roof terrace. The designers also took care of the common area. The building’s prestige is underscored by the glazed lobby, with a green patio being a perfect place to unwind. The residents also have access to a two-storey underground car park.
One of Hoża 55’s greatest advantages is its location. While the blocks are situated in the heart of the city, Hoża Street itself offers intimacy and comfort of living. The historic neighbourhood undoubtedly adds to the property’s prestige, with a number of well-preserved buildings from the 19th century in the area, which now serve as exclusive apartment blocks or offices. There are also several offices, numerous restaurants and clubs as well as cultural facilities located nearby. Hoża Street is perfectly connected with other areas of the city with the nearby metro stations as well as numerous tram and bus stops. The Warsaw Central Station is also within easy reach, providing a convenient connection to the airport.
